Are you cancelling any of your shops?

We were supposed to go to a buffet style restaurant. I work near the epicenter in our state and don't want to expose people to anything if I'm a carrier. Hopefully, this won't count as a "flake," but I thought it was the ethical thing to do. The restaurant is in a less affected state where we go on the weekends.

I think you were being extremely prudent. I'm sure it won't be held against you.

All schools in the county (Bergen) where I used to teach have now been closed indefinitely. Most of the cases in NJ are located in Bergen County. I won't be surprised if stores and restaurants will be next.

Haven't cancelled anything, but it has impacted my decision not to take a couple things so far.

I do almost exclusively gas stations so I'm washing my hands and keeping my distance. I don't think I'll be close to anyone else to have any issues.

I have a Food For Less grocery store shop Monday. I hope they cancel before I have to. It’s going to be bedlam based on what’s happening so far.

I actually feel pretty confident doing Five Guys -- everyone wears gloves, I can pay via credit card, pick up the bag of food, and sit without anyone near me. I did an airport today and washed or sanitized my hands after every single shop. (The place was packed, mostly with college kids flying home because all classes are canceled.) I have two restaurant shops still on the books and I would not be surprised if the clients canceled before my shop date. Because I was at the airport I told my spouse that we could not visit his elderly aunt for two weeks. (Luckily she is totally independent -- if I had an elderly person depending on me for anything I would not have done the airport.)

I have not cancelled any assignments. Tentatively, I will complete some next month. This depends upon open/closed locations (and who knows what else might develop that could restrict our shops). For everyone's sake, I hope that locations can be open.

I have not cancelled any. There is a casino availabile and I would have liked to apply, but chose not to.

I have several shoppers that have cancelled. Most of my shops are in states and cities that have been pretty highly affected, so I understand. For the most part though, shops are getting done.

I haven't cancelled anything and my shops are still scheduled as planned for now. Did a Five Guys yesterday and an Italian Prize Reveal shop on Weds. Everything seemed normal on my shops, but this was before the panic really started to set in after a state of emergency was declared in my city yesterday, NCAA tournament cancelled, colleges closed, etc. I went to the grocery store for my normal shopping today and it was a mess...lots of items out of stock, long lines, frazzled employees. I personally am not too anxious over the virus concerns and am just exercising normal hygiene caution. But I do dislike the craziness in stores right now, given that I don't enjoy crowds or long lines (and therefore typically dislike holidays as well). Still, the first death in our area was reported last night so I understand the fears and hope everyone can stay safe.

The client isn't gong to get much useful information from it, since the 75% of L.A.population is in 'panic mode' and the clerk and I were basically just sharing a laugh about that. So much of the shop is N/A since the client has set forth all these new protocols as of today...

I have stopped taking mystery shop assignments right now. Now would be a perfect time to sign up for shops, since my school is closed for three days next week, but there is too much going on in NY. I also have asthma and would prefer not to get this if possible. I have a cold as it is (no fever). The kids have been coming to school coughing and sneezing everywhere.

I almost cancelled one yesterday for a local gym chain near me after they sent an email saying cancellations wouldn't be held against you. I didn't in the end because it was well bonused, but the guy who gave me the tour seemed so ill I wish I hadn't gone!

I'm not cancelling anything, but... The stress of a daily work schedule that changes by the hour has me feeling fatigued. I figure I need to make sure that I get plenty of sleep right now to help me stay healthy, so I'm simply not picking up as many shops....

I'm grateful to have a work at home job. I'm thinking there will be a lot of bonused shops at the end of the month, but I'm not sure it will be worth it to venture out. We don't have the virus within 100 miles of here, but that could change at any moment. My husband is at the store on his way home from work, and the lines are all the way to the back, with all registers open.

At this time I'm not canceling. Subject to change. But I have implemented "no shop" zones in my state. But I am working right now just being extra cautious by washing hands, sanitizing, trying not to enter a PIN number, but if I do not touching anything with that finger until I sanitize it, Every shop I go in I try to use my elbows to open doors, etc. and sanitize as soon as I get to the car. If you think I'm being overly cautious, consider this I have asthma and some COPD (caused by smoking cigarettes). If I could just quit smoking! But I can only smoke ultralights (Salem Silver). My respiratory system is already weakened by smoking. Catching this could have serious effects for me personally with an already weakened system. So yes, at this time I'm trying to be as careful as I can for myself and for others. But I am going to try and drink more water.

Speaking of frazzled employees, yesterday I overheard a cashier mutter to himself "The struggle...is real". He was keeping cool though.

If you have a weakened immune system, consider taking Airborne, Emergen-C, Ester-C, or some other immune bolstering supplement. The 3 that I mentioned are all high in vitamin C and other vitamins, plus herbs. They have powder formulas that you can put in water to drink them. They taste pretty good, too.

I did a brunch restaurant today and it was only about 20% full. Sat near no one and in the report suggested that in addition to all the hand sanitizer that was around they should have paper towels in the restroom to be able to open the door.
I also had 5 grocery store shops that were canceled for me by the company.
Tomorrow I have a bank and a dinner so I do not yet know what I will do.

I haven't cancelled anything (b/c I didn't have anything set up), but I am 100% not shopping until COVID19 dies down.

We are statistically JUST NOW starting to ramp up in cases.

Faulty and lack of testing in the U.S. until recently has made the real figures hard to know and FOR SURE greater than the stupid official count by U.S. health officials. It grows exponentially, which means the curve goes hyper parabolic at some stage.

I did one yesterday as well. The local library here is closed. I've been having issues with my wifi and comcast rescheduled to next week. I will get it done today.

I will complete my scheduled shops but probably won't be accepting others. I have got to think of my Parents and exposure. I see them multiple times most weeks. Told my DDs to think about them.

I just canceled my few shops scheduled after completing a gas station shop. I hated to cancel but can't imagine trying to complete a grocery store shop given how things have been going. After I completed one shop today, I went to multiple places to create a mini kit for my car in order to complete the rest of my shops but gave up after visiting three locations.

I just finished my BJs carryout shop report. I picked up my food around 5:30 and there were a good amount of cars in the parking lot for the time of day. I saw people walking out to their cars laughing and smiling as if they didn't have a care in the world. I am doing an audit at Target and a bonused Five Guys tomorrow. Monday night I have another BJs carryout and Thursday I have a Carraba's. After that, no more food shops for a couple of months.

I haven't cancelled anything, but have had 2 MSCs cancel their grocery shops. One MSC still has them, and I'm scheduled to do 2 next week, one with a &6 bonus, and one with a $10 bonus. So between now and then, I hope they don't cancel! I've also got a very fairly paying FF shop next week. So we'll see how it goes. I live in a state with less than 10 cases so far, so I should be ok.

And yup, Jas, that Emergen-C is good stuff. Sent a box of 60 up to my son about 10 days ago on a nicely bonused post office shop.

I recently discovered Ener-C which is like the ones you've mentioned. I found it at my local health food store. Before I was taking Airborne. For some reason, I favored that over Emergen-C but can't remember why right now...lol
