Do they actually read the instructions? I went to do a job Sat. on my 7 job run (the most for me in a day). The instructions say, $75.00 reimbursement for cleaning, great, not so great, after reading down further, tells you not to bring in more than three items, and one for laundry, which would total about $12.00. I go to the address, am very familiar with the area. The cleaners is closed due to remodeling. I parked and walked all over, this was the cleaners, same address, different name and closed. I email the scheduler, she tells me I went to the wrong place (not), job was cancelled and is back on the boards, good luck to the next shopper.
edited to say...just got email from scheduler who phoned the cleaners, yes, they were closed after 1:00pm Sat. for painting. I got there at 2:00 and had to fight to show I didn't flake...total waste of my time..
