I know this is hard to believe but I couldn't possibly care less if you spell my name correctly at all. You are not a person who is worth correcting.

LMAO yes I did! I meant to use there.

I am not the grammar police by any means. Just because I stated that I notice these types of things doesn't mean I bother correcting people about it and bringing it to their attention, LOL.

LOL I don't normally either, and I do it sometimes myself when I am tired or in a hurry. For some reason that particular instance struck me as funny though.

I am the one that posted that, and I never said you did it on purpose, I just noticed that you did it more than once. It didn't bother me personally. I see people in the forum misspell all kinds of things and I just notice stuff like that...like they use "peaked" instead of "piqued" (she piqued my curiosity) and they use "discrete" instead of "discreet" (the person could have been more discreet about it). If griffy was bothered by it maybe he would just have addressed it? IDK. Not my pig, not my farm...was just an observation, that's all.

Edited: I didn't mean for their to be smiley faces there.

I did not mean to imply you thought I was doing it on purpose, Ive been trying to figure out what the reason was for continually doing that, and your idea seemed quite reasonable to me. Lots of people are passive aggressive and that's a simple tit for tat that harms no one.

If he thought I was doing it on purpose I could definitely see misspelling my name back as a response. That's some petty @#$%& I might do too. Definitely not trying to stir a ruckus about it. I went and asked personally to find out.

I know this will also be hard for you to understand but I am neither amiable nor hostile towards you. I just basically ignore your existence. It is not possible to amiable or anything else when I don't initiate conversation with you. You do however, initiate conversation with me and generally it is hostile. At the same time I find you completely void of any positive quality so have no interest in not ignoring your existence. Perhaps I just don't know you, but I honestly just simply don't have a desire to. If you want to be respectful of one other, instead of all this extending a hand bullshit that's just for show, why don't you, oh I dunno, just be nice to people and not be a jerk?

My apologies if that was harsh. He's threatened to sue me like 4 times for repeating his own words and then screamed that I am making him and his company look bad. Like he doesn't do a freaking fantastic job of that himself. Sorry if I don't care to play nice.

To be fair, as a shopper, I advocated this to several companies, including Shadow Agency and a few others.
For a full time shopper they can make more money in less time with this method. Every minute I dont have
to do a report, I get to do more shops. (but I proposed it as the shopper having to do absolutely nothing in
terms of report except maybe a date and time and name)

What the Heck?!? You are advocating for MSC to lower fees to shoppers? Why the heck do that? It's hard enough to make a good income doing this work without a irresponsible shopper trying to decrease shopper fees for everyone else. We as shoppers should try and get HIGHER fees for each shop for doing this work from MSC not LESS. The constraint isn't video shop reports, those are just simple, a couple minute reports. They don't keep any good video shopper from maximizing time on the road. The only constraint is the hours the stores are open. I can do any of those reports in just a few minutes each after checking into the hotel at night or in the morning before leaving for the next day's shops. Those reports are NOT keeping me from maximizing my time in the stores.
PLEASE don't advocate for lower shop fees for me I'll happily do a video report for an extra $5/shop.

Many years ago we argued. Youre right. And at the end of all that I attempted to make amends and offered a request to put things behind us. I could generally understand responding in kind to me at the time and wouldn't even complain about that.

However, I did make a sincere attempt at remedying things, and from that point forward have not said one negative thing to you, or about you.

What you have done since that time is make up lies about my company and accusations that were ridiculously false and resulted in me having to explain to customers what was going on and supply them with internal emails to defend myself. In the time since then, you personally without my having even posted in months will make negative comments about me or my company. If I notice, I have come back to comment and ask to try and be respectful again. I have been repeatedly denied.

Each time I have seen you talk down to me or about my company since that day I have come on and asked again if we could both be respectful.

I would love for you to post the last time I was actually hostile towards you. Then I'll take a turn and show how many times over the years since then I have attempted to make amends.

I may have been wrong at first, but youre the one who can't let things go and refuse and continue to be mean. Thats on you dude. For someone who doesn't care or basically ignores my existence you seem to bring me up on here quite a bit.

Truly, the main reason I keep asking is because the longer it goes on with you responding this way, the less I have to worry about anyone taking your jabs at me seriously because it's all you do. I can simply point to all of the posts we have made towards one another since that first argument and let them judge.

Even now, when someone makes a sincere attempt to simply just be respectful, or better not even talk about one another , you show the kind of person you are by being insulting an degrading towards me while simultaneously doing what youre accusing me of doign.

I made a mistake in the past and attempted to fix it. Youre not.

Have a good one though.

I would encourage you to take things in context. I pay a virtual aid well under 5 dollars a shop, and at the time it was about their longer apartment reports. if you had someone who would do 30 minutes of report for you for 2.50 would you pay that or would you work for $5 an hour? Because that's more in line with the proposal I was giving as I was attempting to have them utilize an overseas virtual aid, not a local company who would want american wages.

For $5 an hour I get someone doing 60 minutes of report time, and that provides me with 60 minutes of shopping time. I can do just about ANY mystery shop in that 60 minutes and make more than I'm paying the virtual aid.

What Shadow did is more akin to paying someone 30-40 bucks an hour for an hour of work and it's not even close to what I was proposing. I'm a shopper, why the heck would I propose something that would make me less money?

You didn't just quote. You quoted and then explained what I said out of context in your own words to fit your narrative.

I was ready to sue you and had already paid my attorney after allowing them to review everything that was posted. I was even advised it was a good first step. I gave you that one last warning and whether coincidence or not, you stopped talking @#$%& and so I opted to not go that route. I wasted 150 bucks having them look at it and a cease and desist drawn up and your address found.

I did not see another way to try and fix things because attempting to discuss with you was not being successful. However, from that point you did stop talking about my company up until a few months ago when you did it again. I was advised to let it go then unless you continued.

Legal solutions are an absolute last resort, and you weren't exactly leaving me with any options considering the claims you were making and how it was affecting my business until I was able to gather up all the info to show the people who were questioning me about it.

While I understood that you may have believed what you heard, I also took the time to explain why your misunderstanding was wrong and you refused to even consider you made a mistake. I'm not entirely sure what I was supposed to do and is why I sought legal help and followed most of their advice. They were also the ones who advised I never respond in a hostile way towards you again.
