Krispy Kreme

Since most of us are not looking for shops right now, I thought I'd mention Krispy Kreme drive thru shops are on the board for April. These are the shops for the Prophet company, not the other one. At least in California, there are quite a few.

Our KK is almost next door to Costco, which I have to venture in to at some point since I have yet to do any shopping since this whole thing started. I figured a drive thru shop should be safe and a nice little treat in these gloomy times.

And KK put up a note on their website first line medical personnel get a dozen free donuts every Saturday! Just show your hospital/fire dept., etc., ID.

I also saw a walk in shop and you have to ask a question such as do you have kids tours or do you do birthdays. Not clear how long they want you to stay, if at all. No thanks.

This is the kind of shop that you need as you shelter in place. Nothing better than warm Kripy Kream just off the line. The closest for my is Albuquerque.
