Wrong location?!?

I just had 2 shops denied stating that the wrong location was shopped. The address on the assignments matched the receipts. The name of the brand of gasoline sold is the name on the receipt instead of the name of the convenience store. Since the convenience store isnt on there, they say it was the wrong location. I have emailed the scheduler for help, but has anyone else had this happen? I bought the required drink item from the store. I have no control on how their receipt reads.

Having a such a name discrepancy on receipts is common and has never caused me an issue - provided the addresses match and the physical store is branded the same way as the assignment (i.e. you are assigned a "Mobile" gas station and the physical location is actually a "Mobile" station and not, say, "Texaco."winking smiley. Unless something else is going on, getting your shop approved should not be an issue. If the scheduler does not response, email the project manager.

Thanks, it looks like they decided to approve them. The scheduler contacted her supervisor and then I got a notice of approval.
