Did anyone attend the MSPA-sponsored Zoom meeting today about the future of mystery shopping?

Several members of the MSPA Board of Directors were in attendance, including executives from BARE, Confrero, and CXOrlando. I was grateful that they held the panel discussion, but I'm not sure what I took away other than MSCs and evaluators all need to be flexible as we continue the unpredictable ride with COVID-19. They confirmed that the June ShopperFest conference has been cancelled, but no new news there. I am interested in what other participants thought about the conversation.
