I found them in the same place as ever, on the Shopmetrics site. Also the certification.

I'm confused. There are none in my state yet but I've checked others and they seem the normal request process, certainly no re-certification, power point or self-assigning. Or are some posted on the original company's newly purchased company?
I'm having the same issue! I have emailed the schedulers but no response. I hope they fix it as right now its just and endless loop telling me to take the Certification (which I already passed) again and again! Eeek!
Is it "just me," or is the question about "the first thing" to do a trick? The video shows them taking note of exterior conditions, but inside you're to join the line. I'm afraid to try the test again for fear of failing it again.
It's the first thing once you ENTER the building.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

Thank you!
I'm impressed you got a response from your scheduler. I've sent 2 emails and nada! So frustrating. Same problem with the cert (I passed it first time 100% but it continually tells me I need to take it again)
Glad I am not alone. I could have sworn I saw, "Congratulations" after I took the quiz, repeatedly. When looking at my Available and Completed Certifications I could not find it. It was supposed to be called, according to the gray pop up box "FY20Q1" and the one showing as completed does not have that name and shows a score in the 80s.

I am also having an issue with the certifications quiz. It said congrats but then its saying I still need to take the test again
I am in the same boat as some here. I took the certification quiz, several times as it kept popping up after I self assigned shops. I know I saw the "Congratulations" message, but when I look at my completed certs, it lists a score of 89%. I messaged the scheduler, who replied almost immediately, thank you Bill! He basically said it would all be sorted out on Monday, probably Tuesday.
I don't have power point on my computer and I don't have the old guidelines that were in word before on my computer any more.

Hopefully they will reply sometimes Tuesday and help me out. I have two assigned and I would like to get them done this week.

If I remember correctly everything looked the same since the last time and nothing has changed. The question that got me was the number of people in line and the customers at the counter.

Sometimes they can be friends and they know each other or they can be strangers and they can be talking while waiting in line.

Right! Without context, it's really just a guess as to what the people are doing. Also, I could not get the instructions on the computer but was able to view the video on the app.

You can download -- FOR FREE -- OpenOffice.org. It's compatible with MS Office and includes a compatible power point component. Hopefully, this should allow you to be able to open the PPT presentation. Try it - you have nothing to lose!
I couldn't open PowerPoint, either, so I sent an email to the scheduler, explaining that I couldn't open the instructions in PowerPoint. He sent me a return email with an attachment--I think it was PDF, but am not sure--that opened with no difficulty.

EDIT: To remove MSC-identifying email address, I'm sorry!

Uh.. you just inadvertently linked the client with the MSC by posting the email address. Oops.

None in CA yet. The PO closest to my job is NOT going to be shopped by me without an N95 mask, a can of Lysol and my container of Clorox wipes. It is a tiny, old building with a lobby the size of a large bathroom. There is a second lobby, so there is zero air circulation in the customer area. It's like a 10' x 10' incubator. Hard pass on that location unless they install an air filtration system.
There were a few shops available in my area, and I self-assigned one of them, which then prompted me to take the certification. My quiz questions seem different than the ones that have been described. I had 5 questions, and I did not have a person-counting one. I passed and it is listed in my completed certifications; I am able to see the survey worksheet. I also had PowerPoint instructions. I did the certification on my laptop (not the mobile app) and can't find (but would like to) the video everyone is talking about.

My shop says $12 plus $14 reimbursement, but the survey seems to indicate the max reimbursement is $11. Do you know if it's $11 to mail + $3 for the box...?

If it's $14 reimbursement, that includes the box.

Spend $12 shipping and $1.50 on the box, get $13.50
Spend $9 shipping and $1.50 on the box, get $10.50
Spend $14 shipping and $1.50 on the box, get $14.00

Hope that helps.
Colorado shops there are discrepancies I see all time in guidelines for mystery shops and all other internet websites as well. The last shop I did though I remember seeing $11 on one of the pages. My shops are always over $11 and I have always gotten reimbursed up to $14 for the shop itself without the box since the last raise to $14. But not a bad idea to double check with your scheduler and tell them where it says $11 so they can fix it.
I actually wish that these were in my area. I've never done one because I don't have anyone to mail anything to, but relatives have items that they want to return. I'd gladly return these items for them anyways since I'm already going to the post office for errands.
There are two different shops on the board. It sounds like you have one that are called CPU. They are shops for Post office sub-stations as such. They are a small station that are inside of privately owned companies. They usually have UPS. Fed Ex and other shipping avenues. They usually also have packaging services. The test you took was not like the one for the regular shops.
In the past you couldn’t return items, it sure if that is the case anymore......

Anyone??

Your relatives ask you to take packages to the post office? Inside the packages are items they purchased and now want to send back to the stores?
Trying to ask this in a way it would be "legal" : On the last question, am I supposed to be assuming there is a clerk at that second station that a customer is standing in front of? I can't see how any of my other answers that I enter is wrong, so it makes me wonder if I am required to make an assumption on this last question instead of what I actually see.
