USPS CPU Certification

There aren't many questions on this quiz but some of the questions are not covered in the instructions I downloaded. Is there another source of info somewhere? For example, The PDF says NOTHING about the number of CPU shops you can do in one day. Also, one of the questions asks what you can do when mailing at a CPU but none of the answers fit with the info in the instructions. Ugh.

More About Certification

I used two sources: the very detailed "Shopper Guidelines" that came up in Step 2 of 5 of the "Certifications and Testing Process"; and I cross-referenced it with a less detailed, colorful 12-page powerpoint.

Unfortunately, the CPU shop doesn't appear to have detailed instructions, just the fairly short PDF.

ETA: this is weird. I did the regular shop quiz and passed it on the first go. Now when I log in the 'you need to do the certification' box doesn't pop up for either job. I guess I am good to go.

I do not think there is a new CPU quiz. My most recent certification was last done early 2019 and I did not get a message to take it again. I was able to self assign and no new quiz is showing as available.

Thanks, it was so strange. When I logged in I got a pop-up saying I needed to do the certification test for 2 CPU shops and 1 regular post office shop. Whatever I did seemed to have worked.

Same for me tried 3 times rereading and watching PowerPoint. Anyone have the answers?
