I would like to mail a package that is 12 inches wide on two sizes by ten inches by ten inches wide on two sides and 7.5 high. Math is not my strong suit and I don't want to risk mailing this if it does not fit within the guidelines. Can anyone help clarify whether this box is too big? Thank you.
Hi queenie1! If I am to read your message correctly, your box is 12x10x7.5 inches. If so, then your box fits within the parameters of 12x12x12 inches or 36" total.
Hi Queenie, just to explain, you only need to add in the height, length and width once each. So for height of the box only count the height once, do not count it twice for each side etc.
