I love research, too! Not surprisingly, I have a few questions...
1. Would you ever publish this information? I mention this because some shoppers are careful about their identities and do not wish to give away information that they have built up over time. They might need some assurance.

Writing my thesis on improving mystery shopping experience for all stakeholders: shoppers (you!) as well as clients. Your input would be greatly appreciated! Plan to share summary outcome afterwards that should help MSCs to improve overall collaboration and experience....

1. You have a valid point. The information from this research will only be used in my thesis, and will not be published.
2. The subject of my thesis is how MSCs can improve their services for shoppers. This includes the collaboration (or cooperation) between both the shoppers and MSCs, which in turn also affects the mystery shopping experience.
My thesis is the final assignment I have to complete before I can graduate. I am studying at Hotelschool the Hague, for my bachelor's degree!
