A Message From Presto

Dear Presto Shoppers!

Presto has always been extremely proud of the speed with which our Instashops are approved and paid, and we know that our shoppers also really enjoy being paid within a week, instead of a month (or sometimes more!). That being said, as Presto grows and takes on new kinds of projects, we’re aware that a three day review period isn’t always possible for our MSC's.

We want to give our MSC’s the time they need to perform the reviews, but we also want you, our shoppers, to feel in control of how long you’re willing to wait for payment.  To that end, Presto is rolling out some new features, which will hopefully allow for both.

Going forward, our MSC’s will have the option to run certain projects on an extended five or ten day approval schedule, but projects that are on that schedule will have the time lines clearly displayed on the pins, as well as in the claim section of the eval itself.  It will be entirely up to you, our shoppers, to choose if the payout for these larger shops is worth the extra wait time.  If so, great!  Our new notifications should mean that you won’t be surprised by the long approval times.  And if not, that’s fine.  You’ll be able to clearly see which shops to skip.

As always, we hope our efforts are making this experience better for you.  Thanks for being our shoppers!

I tried to send you a message and the email on site said was not a correct email address. Ibb need information about a job I am doing tomorrow.
Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. We have been having trouble with our third party support platform, but I hope (knock on wood) we've gotten that straightened out now. You can absolutely just send an email to support@prestomobilesurveys.com and it should get through without issue.
@JWoo hi! this isn't a specific issue, but it would be great if we had the option to "hide" certain shops on Presto. For example, if I could hide all the gas station shops once they show up, or hide all the age restriction ones. Or even just hide the ones that I don't want to do. That would make the app much more useful for me, and show me the new shops that I actually will do.
@chiffon cupcakes, hi back! We actually did create a reverse filter a while back, when there were a lot of bank shops on the map. If you go to the filter text field, there's a little checkbox there that you can use to hide from results, instead of show for those results.

Oh good to know. How do you hide more than one type of shop?
If you pick a key word from each shop type, and enter them both in the filter box, it should filter for both of them.

The idea makes sense, but when I tried it, it didn't work. Hopefully you all will have a filter that works in the future!

No more Presto shops for me. They refused to pay me for a contactless shop even though I still defend that my definition of 'check out lane' is correct

Shopping domestic and international locations since 2003.
