Presto gas station pictures loading sideways

Oh my lord! Why still so many issues with this app?????!!!
I reached out to the app and they said they were working on a fix. Thankfully the editors stopped asking for the sideways pictures to be fixed.
Should have had this program on the old maritz site or the shopmetrics or even sassie site. Preso is not designed for complicated audit or Mystery shops like this IMHO.
Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I finally figured this one out. You have to turn your phone sideways and see if that works and if not you will need to go into a program like Paint, open out the photo and then resize the pixels. Normally when I open the resize tab it will have a pixel size of like 4032, I change to 2032 and that loads the photo upright.
Wow this is why I stay away from presto for these audits.
I have a feeling they could rotate photos if they wanted to. I used to do these but I am flat not doing them in Presto.
Of course, they can rotate the photos because they did it last time. On the webinar they said the photos "Had to be loaded right side up or they would be returned", the editors are not turning them.
Well the fix Presto shopper support told me was giving the editors a rotate button. Why not give the shopper this same option because the editors are returning the shops.
I mean really if Market Force gives us a button to rotate the pictures Than presto can also.
