AT&T Purchase & Return Shop

According to the shop guidelines, a follow-up survey would be automatically assigned. I did both the purchase and return already but I still don't see a follow-up survey. The scheduler has not responded to my emails.

For those of you who have done this project, did you get a follow-up survey? If so, when? Thanks.

Yes, I got one about a week later. And it was just a follow-up to make sure you enter in what you got for a refund so that they can make up the difference.
