Curbside Shop Issues

Has anyone picked up the big box store curbside shop?

I’m having issues with placing items in my cart on the app and having the option of curbside delivery on the website. Any one else have this issue and had it resolved?

I had the same issue with the app. I ended up just using the web site. If you create an account on the web site, you can login via the app to take advantage of the "I'm Here" button.

I waited for 30 min outside before going into the store and discovering that curbside wasn’t being serviced. I wrote all that in my report and it was approved.

I did not have a shop but did my personal shopping at a big box store using their app. I had done the "pickup" kind of order before and this time there was no "I am here" button on the app. When another customer had their order delivered to the vehicle I asked the associate about my order and what was going on - she told me that the app "defaults" to in-store pickup so I guess one has to be careful when putting things in the cart to make it "Drive up" or whatever it's called... I wish we had these shops in my area but maybe I just haven't found the right MSC...

Target drive up isn’t shopped.
They keep track of the timing on their own system.

Ive completed 26 of these so far. Only issuse I have is check in doesn't work & no one picking up the phone when I call for curbside check in. Wish Id get lucky and get some more stores that were test piolets for the lockers....
