Harland Clarke contact information

Does anyone have a way to contact someone about a missing check? They sent me a letter stating I had not cashed a check, but I never received it and lost the letter. They stopped doing mystery shopping 12/19 I believe, but I cannot find a good phone number to resolve this. Thanks!

Well, I'm not sure if these are any good, since, as you mentioned, HC stopped their MSC program last year. But I found a phone number for Vicky Garcia, and an email address for Patrick Sandberg. Hope this helps!!

I was very sorry to see them go.

I spoke with Patrick the day they I received the email about them. He gave me the impression that the MS employees were leaving the company altogether.

ETA: If your check is not cashed in 6 months, they will reissue it automatically.
