Presto - Appeal process

Anyone ever been successful with the appeal process on Presto?
I had to submit one today and wondered if it was even worth the hassle. Will anyone even look at it?

I had an editor say that I was submitting duplicate photos. I went through the entire set of (20 pumps) and other photos and they were all unique. I resubmitted and requested that the editor please let me know which see was seeing as duplicate - because I did not see any. No response. Then 3 days later got the email that my shop was not accepted.

No. I had a gas station shop rejected. I reviewed the pictures, and found them to be right. I appealed, no response.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

This is a very common problem with Presto and I can not believe after all of this time, it is still not fixed, and shoppers are being penalized. It happened to me several times, but I went all the way to the top of Ipsos and got it taken care of. It is unacceptable it’s still going on, and probably why people do not want these shops at all in my area. We experienced shoppers do not try to pull such stunts and know better.
After an appeal, I was given an opportunity to re-visit and add two other pictures (this was a location within a location). The report form permitted me to change one picture. It did not permit the second change. I dunno why. I just shrugged and vowed not to take more shops from that system.

I tried an appeal after my shop was denied first part of July. Nope was the answer. Shop is still sitting on the board. It is like sending something off to Neverland. No one is on the other side.
I had one shop I had to appeal and was successful. I think I know what happened with mine. If you accidentally upload the wrong photo somewhere, you must clear that out before uploading the correct one. If you just upload the correct one, it looks to you like you replaced the wrong one with the right one but what the system actually sees is two photos uploaded for that question. When you go to use the photo you incorrectly uploaded in one area in the area it should have been, it's now in the system twice and thus tagged as duplicate.
dang, that's probably my issue. Still wish they would have just told me 'which' were duplicated and I would have just cleared what was there and re-uploaded. Wouldn't really have taken much for them to just tell me, but I guess it was asking to much for more information.
I had the same problem and no response to the repeal so I just did it over. I would not have but it was not that far from home.
