Is it just me?

Or is there a problem with post-COVID shop documentation?

I'm seeing an inordinate number of errors in shop forms from multiple MSCs as business has come back since the onset of the virus.

A couple of weeks ago every single form for my week had some sort of issues, whether it be grammar/spelling issues or inadequately deployed question/response stuff.

I can’t say I’ve noticed more errors in shop documentation, however I have noticed a lot more errors in the daily shop emails being sent, and a lot of new scheduler names.

And wrong due dates. Maybe the MSCs turned off all their computers / software updates during lockdown since people were working from home. I had a whole series of audits with a December 31, 2020 due date.
