CVS "Feelings" Shops

Are these everywhere? There are multiple shops for two locations in this area.

y'all should definitely do it. It's easy. The hardest part was the slow internet speed where I was at, but as soon as I got back to my home, it was quick.
I did one of the two locations here. I mentioned my feelings once or twice in the video, and the rest went into mystery shopper mode. I was sure that it was going to be rejected. I got a 10 on the report.

I am curious what the purpose of the shop is. Are the locations underperforming? Is there some sketchy in the specific categories?

I take a picture of the receipt and upload it to the report.

Yes,but every time I go there it seems like my receipt is six feet long. So I would have to either make it itty bitty or have to cut it carefully and put it to capture the entire thing in one photo.
Oh, right, CVS gives those 3-ft receipts.

oddly enough I got a short little receipt when I went! but i know what you're talking about, in the past those receipts could easily have been as long as the christmas garland decorations.
I did a feeling shop too. I have email receipts for CVS so it just uploaded a PDF. MSP had no issues. Report got a 10 and I got some laundry detergent and makeup. The feelings video was weird and hard not to go into shopper mode.

You shoot a short 3 min video of how the experience made you feel. It is weird, but hey it paid.
You also buy 1 item from 2 of four categories. The reimbursement is $25 and the fee is $10.

I worked for CVS for almost 3 years...I have some feelings for them lol.

I haven't seen these shops anywhere, but honestly I haven't really been checking on too many jobs that don't come via email.

Did yours have an actual link to the video portion? I did 9ne today. Re-read guidelines. Re-read comments @ top of report. Re-read confirmation email. The only link or web address anywhere was the screen shot example which of course didn't work. Had to try.

Answered Pt 1&2, took pic, did my shopping. To car to do video and there is no link in the report, too. Answered what I had to to get to where it says, "Copy the entire link in the text box below..." for the video. "Entire" is on the page twice. Underlined. I assume something was forgotten.

I show no text box with that info..

I have contacted the scheduler.

Any insights?
Ok so I actually took a video with my phone. I used the regular camera and took a selfie video. The link to the page leads to a place where you actually upload a video. There's no recording software or anything like that.

I have no link. And no scheduler response.
That is where the link should have been. Do you have an ad blocker on your browser? I do, and I had to use Google Chrome to open the link.

That isn't a mystery shopping company.

The MSC contacted me to redo the video because the first one did not upload correctly. This time around, I focused on feelings.

On the long receipts, those come about if you have a membership card with them. So the membership card or tell them your phone number you will get a long receipt. No card of phone number short receipt. But to buy anything that is on sale you need the membership.
I'm amazed that the coupons don't get pushed to your card electronically.

I don't do shops that require that I provide an image of myself. Period.

That said, asking for a shopper's feelings does not make sense to me. Would they really want the truth -- viz. "I remained professional and dispassionate the entire time; I did not have any feelings"?
It didn't make sense to me either. That is a good point about being a shopper.

I actually asked the scheduler the purpose of the shop. She didn't seem to know.
