Whats the LiveShops on Presto about? Green Color?

Anyone attempt any of these 'chicken' live shops? First Ive noticed this new green logo for shops - apparently you have to download the app in order to access them?

Are these new green flags enticing enough to add another app to your phone? Ive always just used the web browser version to do the other 'insta' shops

Brand new. I got an e-mail explaining them, but since I don't actually use apps, and have never done one of the Presto shops, I sort of didn't pay much attention. I know only they are, indeed, brand new.

My personal experience with apps is just awful. Had to cancel a Gulf Pay with huge bonus because I couldn't make the app even accept my credit card -- although I was at home, using my home's wifi.

But it's not the app's fault, it's totally me.

(It seems these "live shops" do NOT pay. They provide a coupon for your next visit. UGH and ICK.)

Yeah, 10% off your next visit, or maybe a free appetizer, something like that.

Personally, I'd rather eat on my own dime at Arby's, donate a dollar to Children's Hospital, and get a coupon good for a free slider!

I saw a $5 Amazon card for doing a survey at a warehouse club. If I’d been there and the survey length was reasonable I’d certainly have done it.

Coupons might provide some value to some people. They represent money that the shopper will not spend out of pocket in future. Each person can do their math and determine whether paying less is as good as receiving a fee (or at least helpful in reducing future spending for purchases they would make anyway).

I have not looked at the shops, so I have no idea-- yet-- if this will ever be of value for me. I will get to that soon.

I had to cancel a gulf shop for the same reason. I do like the app that Alta 360 uses.

I had to cancel a gulf shop for the same reason. I do like the app that Alta 360 uses.[/
