Video shops

Hello, I am new to video shops and can never seem to get my video to completion, I will start my video as I enter the establishment but when I get back home to view my video, usually there is nothing there except when I started, which I turn on my camera before I get out of the car, like I said when I reach the establishment it will have stopped, unbeknown to me, so I have no video.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
That may be the problem. Why not start a new thread with a title that asks specifically for help with that app on an iphone? You may get more responses from folks with experience with that app.

Most video shoppers are using PV-500 equipment.

Mystery Media Pro has a time and place, but it's actually much more difficult to use properly than a pv-500. I do hundreds of video shops a year and that device is on my list of things to never use except in rare cases.

I use them in my car for car wash shops as I can set it and forget it. I used them for piracy jobs as they were ideal for that type of environment.

Usually though, the pv-500 is where its at.

Now are you sure that the files are actually not there? Did you find the file, or do you only see a few seconds of file? It sounds from your post like there is a few seconds of video. IS that the case?

Have you been using Airplane mode?

What happened when you made your test videos? Did you have trouble making those too?

What I have found using a cell phone to record videos is that at times when something presses on the screen it stops the recording. The way I got around it was to cut a piece of the foam packing that comes with a Cell Phone holster or the foam that comes inside of a tablet portfolio holder. You have to experiment with it. It took me several days of working on it. I usually carry a Cell Phone in my shirt pocket and I have deleted a lot of videos of me driving down the street or in a store.
