AT&T Safety/Security: How long would you wait in a busy store?

Last week I had one of these revealed reviews ("do not call it an audit"winking smiley. This is the one that you can do twice a day. However, I encountered a situation where a single customer needed so much help that the sole store employee was busy the entire time. The only chance we had to go over the questions that require employee assistance (and get the verification signed) occured when the customer went to his car for five minutes. As the guidelines stated I should allow "60 to 90 minutes" I stayed for 90 minutes and then departed. Nearly all the answers were filled out "N/A - busy location" and the shop was accepted. Could I have left after 60 minutes when it was clear that the store would continue to be busy, or do you have to wait the entire 90 minutes? (By the way, this shop was bonused to $50 and was within walking distance of my house, so I still did just fine in terms of the fee for the amount of time I spent there.)

I asked the MSC last year how long I would have to wait... while I was waiting. I want to say it was 60-90 minutes...whatever the minutes that are stated that the job would take is what I was told I would have to wait.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Given the reasonable pay, I would have waited the full 90 minutes. Another employee could have arrived during that time and been able to assist with the questions or the customer could have completed their business.
CDC states 15 minutes within 6 feet..how requirements with such shops correlated with CDC?

Shopping Eastern Pennsylvania since 2009
Occasionally, I will give a busy store up to an hour at the most. I have completed a few shops within 20 minutes with "too busy" answers and it has always been accepted.
Gene, the only times I'm within six feet of the store employee is when I'm checking their computer and tablet, which probably takes about 10 minutes total. And of course we're all wearing masks. I do the verbal Q&A from much further away, and I'd say there is less person-to-person close contact than with most of the customers who walk in and seek help with their phones at close contact.

But while I take every possible precaution, the reality is that any visit to a store -- mystery shop or otherwise -- contains some degree of risk. If cases in my region start to spike like they are in other regions, I'll reconsider whether I'm comfortable doing these shops.
