New Drug Store Shops on Presto

Is anyone doing these shops this week? The Guidelines require a photo of the store bathroom, but many stores do not allow the public in to the restrooms. There is no way to contact anyone at Presto with a shop-related question and no place on the shop form to make a note....so wondering how others are dealing with this. Thanks!

A photo of any signage that says there is no public restroom might suffice? Only guessing here. One more reason I don't deal with Presto - no support when things go awry.

I contacted mystery.shopping@ipsos.com and asked about this as well. I had completed one and couldn't even submit the report with out placing a photo. There was no sign that even said 'no public restroom'. I had to ask an associate. Hopefully they accept my photo of the pharmacy waiting area!

Could you write on a sheet of paper that the restroom was inaccessible? You could include employee name or
other info. Photograph this message and submit it. (Some MSC's permit this method...)

Ah! Another way for Presto to deny payment!

All locations that I did yesterday without restroom - got approved today.
