Health Care

Isn't is about time for the healthcare/insurance shops to get started. What companies are doing them this year? Will they still be having the formal events with one agent because of the covid restrictions? Will they mostly be phone shops or Video shops? I*'m hoping the one-on-one shops will still be there. Is anyone seeing them yet?

I was wondering the same thing. All I've seen are some telephone ones with a Prophet company. I've been looking, but nothing else. I'd rather do the person-to-person ones in the stores, but I wonder if the MSCs or even the Health companies will have these this year. Oh well! I'll keep looking.
I am on medicare and over the past week I have gotten postcards from several of the insurance companies saying that to find out about plans for this year that I have to call an 800 number and they will look up agents in my area and the agent will contact me to set up an appointment to go over plans by telephone or zoom this year due to covid. And that there will not be any in person meetings.

My insurance company that I have is doing one on one in stores. I ran into my agent at the store and asked him and he said so far out of all the companies he represents there are only 2 that are doing in person.
I don't think these 2 are shopped.

I'm a Medicare Insurance agent, in Georgia, they have already started the in person meetings. I'm not doing any events but I keep seeing colleagues and post cards setting them up.

Obviously, I'm not shopping these.

Trendsource offers these types of projects.
A Second MSC has some posted where the reps are at in-store kiosks during specific days/times.
It depends on your location. Florida is having seminars. Check Service with Style to see if one is in your area in Florida only. I am doing some kiosk and phone Medicare Advantage shops in North Carolina for Second to None and Person to Person. Check The Source too. Each of them have different clients which, of course, I cannot disclose.

I would like to say that since I wrote the above, that I actually did find an MSC that had some 20 minute "observation" Health Care Shops at area Walmarts, and I actually did one.
I just saw an email from The Source for virtual events. The pay is $15. In previous years it was $34.

Still need to attend 90 minute presentation, and says report will take approximately 45 minutes.
