MSC SALES REPS: Suggestion

After watching TV's "Undercover Boss" again, just am suggested the clients featured in this show get contacted for mystery shopping. Say this based on the weekly CEO's featured who generally walk away appalled at what occurs out in the field in their businesses.
Cannot help but to wonder how many of these places have ever conducted employee surveys and exit interviews of their staffs. Where is the oversight from the district level management?

Unfortunately, mystery shoppers would not be allowed into the guts of the business, like undercover bosses are. We act as customers, not as employees.
Agree, but aside from employee only areas restricted to mystery shoppers, some of these businesses suffer from some deep rooted dysfunction.
