In my opinion, the pasta (I got the one with meatballs) is actually enough for a meal. It is not true Italian restaurant quality (I didn't expect it to be), but it was quite good. I considered the hamburger to be humdrum. Not as good as Five Guys or Smashburger. Definitely better than McD, Burger King, and the like.

I actually liked the burger! I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn't moist like 5Guys, but it was flavorful.

My app wouldn't open. Is this widespread?
I contacted WaWa and asked how I could get my rewards. They said they couldn't take my receipts. They gave me a $10 gift card instead.

I have been having a hard time tapping on the Reward card and getting it to flip over to scan. A cashier said there is an issue. I have a gift card on the same screen (zero balance). He said to keep tapping both of them back and forth. Eventually, the Reward card flipped over to scan. I mentioned it in my report. It's still doing it, so I'm just going to report it on every shop I have this week.
I'm going to get another rewards card during my shop tomorrow. I also sent CS an email about it.

I loaded a new Rewards card and it still would not turn over to show the QR code.
For my dinner shop, I got a club with multigrain bread. They made it with white bread. When they realized their mistake, they let me know. They gave me both sandwiches.

I got an email this morning that the app was changing. New exciting update!
Do you know if we can order paninis? I think that’s considered a hot sandwich. I don’t recall seeing that on the menu screen, but maybe I just didn’t notice.

ETA: Paninis are on the menu but they are not on the list of what we can order.

I did last Wawa shop in middle of March 2020. Did not pick any yet in 2021.We have tragic things (one driver was fatally shot and one wounded) happened in one Wawa just few days ago. I shopped that place in 2020.

You must be in the Lehigh Valley. That was such a strange occurrence. The killer appeared to be randomly shooting at people from what I saw on Philadelphia TV news. I have been doing lots of Wawa shops in 2021, and the shooting, while tragic, had nothing to do with Wawa. Even the fact that he ended up in a Wawa parking lot after shooting at people on a highway appears to have been random. yes I am in Lehigh Valley (which is part of Eastern PA). of course such accident has nothing to do with Wawa itself. However I read some comments from shoppers either on such forum or on FB when they got in situation (while performing MS) closed I described above.

I heard back from WaWa about the app issues. They said that to flip the Rewards card on the app, you first have to flip the payment card then tap it.

I have never had to flip the payment card in the past since there was no money left on it. I always tapped the Rewards card and paid cash. The flipping thing started a few weeks ago, and you have to flip a few times to get it to work. Hopefully, they will upgrade that app soon.
If you want the rewards card code, you have to tap the gift card twice.

WaWa now has a rotation. A shopper can only do 6 shops per quarter. Shame because I had 3 or 4 locations that I did on a weekly basis.

Where do you see that? I did 3 or 4 locations weekly as well. I only did two this week because I am Wawaed out.

The reimbursement has increased to $6.50.
I always buy a club sandwich ($5.72) or quesadilla ($5.18) to stay under $6. My club sandwich was $6.14. The prices have gone up on the kiosk items it seems. Quesadillas were not on the menu.

Thanks HonnyBrown. I just noticed the increase for this week's shops, plus they added burritos, burgers and paninis. Those items do cost more, plus all costs have gone up. I always order a sandwich, junior hoagie or burrito.
I suspect that quesadillas were not on the menu because they remove items when they run out of one or more critical ingredients. I ate one today.

I meant quesadillas, not burritos (since they just added them). My area has been running out of a lot. There was a sign near the deli stating there were shortages and delivery issues. A few weeks ago, they were short on coins again.
I wanted a quesadilla today but they were not on the kiosk menu. They weren't on the app either. Lunch burritos have always been on the menus near me. I've only had the breakfast ones, especially as rewards.

Actually each location my not have certain items available to order. I saw that in the past and same things now.
