Shopmetrics down?

I have been trying to log into Shopmetrics to upload my photos from my 15 shops today and I can not get in. I was able to get in all day to do the shops but not tonight. Anyone else having issues?

I just signed into Servimer's Shopmetrics site without any problem at 7:53 AM EST.

Based in MD, near DC
Shopping from the Carolinas to New York
Have video cam; will travel

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
