Emerald Advance line of credit. H&R Block

Has anyone done any of the Emerald Advance line of credit H&R Block shops? What documents are required by Emerald Advance? The only information provided prior to acceptance of the shop is "Apply for the Emerald Advance line of credit product at your assigned H&R Block location. Evaluate service and upload documents provided by the associate."

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

Accept the shop and then you'll see. It's just like going to the bank for a loan -- driver's license, etc. I think I had to take last year's tax return with me. They are easy for the pay.

Hard credit hit, I believe -- if that matters to you. Doesn't to me, because my credit couldn't get any worse, LOL.

The H&R website references bringing a recent pay statement, which might be a bit awkward for full-time shoppers.

That is why I turned it down even after bidding $150.00 on it and getting it.

Actually it could, and does with unnecessary hard pulls. But you apparently don't care.

Oh, I care. But like I said, my credit score couldn't get any worse, so it really doesn't matter.
