Well, after 9 months, COVID finally arrived. I had a mild case. Hard to tell where I got it. It's the new strain, more contagious. Self-quarantine for two weeks. Fortunately, I had limited my contacts in the days prior to symptoms appearing. Overall, my experience with the flu in 2003 was much worse. I walked every day, at least 4 miles. I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome in 1985-88, so I used the protocols we developed then for recovery. Walking was the best exercise to rehab as it is the least stress on the body. The worst symptoms was loss of smell and partial loss of taste.
Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.
