Need help with HazMat quiz

I've done tons of these and now I can't pass the required quiz. I may have used up my number of tries. I didn't keep track. I fail each time and can't figure out what's wrong. I think I'm hung up on the Ready Post envelopes. The pictures are too small to see what's what. I've tried various combos and NG. I plan to do it on Monday so I may have to cancel if I don't hear back from scheduler. Any help would be appreciated if you've passed.

Ms Judi, I wished I knew which question you missed. If it's the envelope question, can you download the actual instructions (instructions you use for the job) and enlarge the area where the envelopes are so you can see it a lot better? To enlarge the instructions, click on Control and the plus sign together or you can just hit the plus (+) sign when the instructions open. I made it 175 and I can see it very well.

Thank you. The scheduler finally got back to me and all is good. I never would have passed without her help as I disagree with one of the answers based on what I was viewing, but oh well.

That happened to me too!! For me, it was the one with the how many customers in line I believe. Its crazy too b/c I too, have done sooo many of those shops!

This has happened to a lot of us - you think they would have changed it by now.
