Found this great science-based online resource (link at end of post) for calculating your COVID infection risk for many different situations.
Most dangerous for me was a 60-minute new home video shop with a “loud talker,” 65% probability if they’re contagious- so I’m no longer performing those. (I’ve actually been in this situation and was very uneasy, got lucky but no more new homes!)
Least dangerous scenario was a 15 minute gas station evaluation where I was only indoors about 2 minutes with very little conversation with the (contagious) cashier, 2.6% risk of infection.
Also good for checking risk levels for church services, family dinners, restaurant dining, etc. **If it pops up in German, there’s an “English “ toggle about 1/10 of the way down the Home Page.
