Not allowed to visit medical office for a brochure shop, only paid $3 instead of $30

From reading your posts in this thread, I think you might need to hone your skills a bit more.

i’m not the thread starter - i literally posted twice about my office visits that got 10/10 ratings after completion, so i don’t know why you would immediately jump to this conclusion.

i appreciate you replying letting me know that these can be given to the same shopper, however the constructive criticism was very unwarranted.

@LuvsTraveling: There are at least two parties in the OP's situaiton. Are you certain that it's a skills issue? I would gently suggest priority. Earlier, you wrote that staff might have changed due to covid and newbies might be learning their jobs. They are learning during the covid era. If they were in a time of spiking or local overwhelm, they might have been told that our work is not essential or at least not as essential as providing medical care. Staff members can provide similar information to patients.

I would also gently suggest a compromise: even if staff members do not have time to replace the brochures, could they at least remove the outdated materials so that only the newest information will [eventually] be available for patients?

Maybe I confused you with the OP, not sure and I don't have the time to investigate right now. So I apologize if that was the case.

Not sure if this whole response if directed to me or just the first paragraph. I do not have any issues with my contacts for this project. Most of the staff members and the doctors themselves know who I am.

I am the OP and I just want to point out that this is where I wasted so much time, trying to convince the office manager to do something on his own as suggested in the materials. They were not going to put out brochures due to Covid (office policy), but there are posters that have QR codes that can be scanned by the patent to get the online version if someone in the office had put them out.

But the assignment does not compensate the shopper for doing this. You get the same $3 as you would if you took their initial "no" and submitted it as "cannot visit". Basically what you want to do when they initially say no is tell them to please look in the box and see if they can do something themselves, thank you, have a nice day.
I understand. I suggested that they might do only half the task. Anyway, i am interested in what will happen as the year progresses and more people are vaccinated. Will this make it easier for us to be approved for work in those offices?
