The Gigspot system has perpetual errors... I can no longer even do any shops that run through their system.
And last night, I spent 5 hours on 2 shops trying to submit to Ipsos. It kept "timing out" when I would save my work... only to have all of my work up to that point, deleted.
I have a good laptop and a very good internet service. I run 2 other businesses with no problems at all. But these mystery shopping companies cannot seem to maintain decent sites. I expect better, being as their services are so internet-dependent.
