I have had the opportunity for a shop for the last week, but the food items aren't being replenished. I don't want to have to buy "foturkey ham" and hummus and then throw them away. I'll keep checking.

I could buy some non-perishable items and donate to a food pantry, but I didn't want to make the trip with almost nothing I wanted. I have been buying the olives from Delallo, and they're excellent but not worth the trip for just those.

I also do not understand why the app doesn't lower the price after an item has been listed for a while. They still have pumpkin spice coffee k-cups they're trying to unload.

I actually need a bag of salad so I was really upset that they did not have any. Hopefully they will have one listed tomorrow (just moved the shop).

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the purchase requirement and pay went up by $5 this month. I dd one on Sunday and I feel like they got the message from my last shop, since they had one variety of salad available (sadly, the only produce item) and some bakery items. I had specifically complained about both in my last shop.
So is anyone else doing these shops? They increased the purchase requirement and pay by $5 this month and have added bonuses. I've done a dozen of them so far, have two more for next week. I actually would have taken one for tomorrow, but I got beaten to it. There's another location that's 40 minutes away which always has a great selection, but it's too far to travel just for this shop. I have a friend who lives 10-15 minutes away, but she wasn't interested.

At the store I shop, they alternate between having a poor selection to a good selection. Some days they don't have any bakery items, but then there will be clearance stickered items on the bakery shelves which could have gone into FF. But then when they put them in FF (I'm guessing as a result of my shops?) they don't sell and the store is stuck tossing them, so I can see why they would want to do it the way they have been, and I feel a little guilty about complaining when there isn't anything. But I'm guessing there is some commitment on the store's part to stock FF, and that is what we are checking (they specifically ask for information on product availability).

I just got a $20 discount voucher from FF on my next purchase, so my next shop will be very profitable. These are not reimbursement shops, you are paid a flat fee and require you to make a minimum purchase. The one previous time I had a coupon they did not complain about the amount paid being less than the required purchase amount.
So am I the only one here doing these shops? They've raised the price for May to $30, with a $20 minimum purchase. I realized this is really going to mess up my tax return because the full payment will be considered taxable. I'm definitely going over $600 and will have to keep track of my FF purchases to deduct from the fees.
I just finally got around to reading this thread. The shops and the Flashfood app sound great to me. I installed the app to find the nearest FF zone is 989 miles away.
These shops have gotten incredibly popular in my area. Last month I did not get any of the shops at my local store, after doing 2x a week for over a month. I just checked yesterday and the July shops had been released early and I got the last one in my area. FF has dropped their prices, they now offer a 60% discount at my local supermarket, so it's disappointing that I am not getting the shops weekly anymore. I did take another location that is 45 minutes from my house twice this month since I was in the area, but it's not worth going out of my way for. I was even closer to a third location today in an even more rural area, but those shops were completely gone when I looked.

I do wish that the shop platform would notify me when new shops are posted.
