So is anyone else doing these shops? They increased the purchase requirement and pay by $5 this month and have added bonuses. I've done a dozen of them so far, have two more for next week. I actually would have taken one for tomorrow, but I got beaten to it. There's another location that's 40 minutes away which always has a great selection, but it's too far to travel just for this shop. I have a friend who lives 10-15 minutes away, but she wasn't interested.
At the store I shop, they alternate between having a poor selection to a good selection. Some days they don't have any bakery items, but then there will be clearance stickered items on the bakery shelves which could have gone into FF. But then when they put them in FF (I'm guessing as a result of my shops?) they don't sell and the store is stuck tossing them, so I can see why they would want to do it the way they have been, and I feel a little guilty about complaining when there isn't anything. But I'm guessing there is some commitment on the store's part to stock FF, and that is what we are checking (they specifically ask for information on product availability).
I just got a $20 discount voucher from FF on my next purchase, so my next shop will be very profitable. These are not reimbursement shops, you are paid a flat fee and require you to make a minimum purchase. The one previous time I had a coupon they did not complain about the amount paid being less than the required purchase amount.
