iSecretshop Notifications

I used to get regular notifications on my iPhone, but I don't seem to see them anymore. Anyone else have this issue? I have missed some of my favorite shops recently. I have checked all of my settings.

I still get the weekly available shops email notification...nothing else. Sorry to hear you missed out your favorite shops.

While I still get the notifications via email and my LG phone, I'm also proactive. I check the job board a few times a week to get my work.

I am signed up to receive text notifications but I have yet to receive any. I do receive the emails and I also check the job board.

Thanks. Glad it isn't just me. I used to get a pop up notification on my phone (not email or text). I haven't seen them, but ironically I got one today on something I didn't want to do anyway.

I know they recently had an app update. You may want to check to see if you have the latest version.

Under Update Profile|Shopper Notifications, I must verify they are turned "on" and make sure to check the "distance" of alerts. For example: Right now I have my profile to only alert me if the opportunity is within 15 miles, so anything outside of that I wouldn't get a notification. And last but not least, I made sure to check the "settings" in my smartphone, to make sure notifications were "enabled" for the ISS app.

If all things have been checked and something still isn't coming through, you can reach out to ISS through their ticket system. There is always a super friendly support team member, there to help.
