I would send a polite email explaning it just as you have done here, also including a brief description of your past mystery shopping work to show your qualifications.

I'm not sure where you would send it. Depends on who actually has you blocked. I would start with the generic email address for the main MSC. If it is just that one scheduler who won't assign, send it to them.

Thank you! I actually already did that... twice. It is such a major disappointment because I am a very reliable shopper. I will probably delete my profile since it is apparently not worth anything anymore. I know now NEVER to request a cancellation... that is for sure!
You have another option.... The owner of KSS frequents this site and often responds to messages - as do at least a couple of schedulers..... They have "KSS" in their usernames. You can PM them - or simply see if they respond to this thread.

I would not delete my profile. Things change and there are often second and third chances in this industry.

Wow. Even more mystery about what I am assuming was the revealed audit, not the mystery shop. They certainly can't blame you for cancelling once you received the well-guarded, top secret instructions if they were not willing to disclose up front whatever it is that keeps shoppers away from this project. I have asked numerous schedulers who have scheduled them about it. 3 ignored me completely and never replied. 2 said they did not have details. I call BS. It's been ticking me off for a year that I cannot get any information about this CIA level, cloak and dagger REVEAL assignment!

I am finding out the KSS/ IPSOS is not doing what the IPSOS 101 shopping video says they will do and that is to help you do routes. I have always gone back to the company website that they are scheduling for as not to have to use them but this is impossible now. I have had answers back from IPSOS directors when I emailed the director and also the general email.
