Changed my email, now I can't schedule any shops

I was wondering if this happened to any of you. I created an email just for mystery shopping, I then changed my email on each MS Company I was signed up for. When I go to the MS Company website I usually will see what's available on the map. Now, I still see what's available on the map, and then it takes me to the available dates. But then, when I picked the date and click the self-assign, the system will prompt me that the job was not available.

Today, the MS company just rolled out shops for March and all 10 jobs I was trying to assign were not available.

Did this thing happen to any of you? I reached out to the MS company and NO answer.

This happened to me at one MSC. The scheduler said I had been excluded from that particular company's shops. I can't remember the reason but it may have been because I flaked on one of their shops in the past. Or it was because I didn't fit the demographic required for the shop (I was older than the requirement for that shop). The MSC's client, not the MSC.

If you did those locations last period, you may be on rotation. You can still see them, but can't claim them. It threw me off too until I figured it out.

Thank you so much for the feedback. So far all my grades are 10s. They have a limit of 10 shops per rotation and I only did 6. It's just so hard to find somebody to help when I reach out to them.
If you don't mind sharing, which company? I know that when a shopper switches emails, they have to be validated before they can be scheduled.

Sorry for the late reply, I was busy at work. I don't think we can reveal it here but I will email you.
I switched my email address too; there is one scheduler who absolutely refuses to update her contact info and still emails me at my old address, where it goes to spam. Payments and all other communications for this MSC have switched over, but she ignores my requests.
