Sassieshop

Is anyone else having trouble logging into sites using the sassieshop software? I am, and I am not sure what to do. These are companies for which I have been shopping for years so I know I am registered with them. When I try to log into a site using sassieshop 4 out of 5 times I get the message that says "Sorry. Couldn't find an account matching the supplied credentials." When I try to get the software to email me the reset link, I receive no response. This is happening with some, but not all of the sassieshop websites. Anyone else having this problem?
Anyone have a solution?

When was the last time you logged into your account with this MSC? If you are registered with this MSC but have not worked for them in a few years, your account may be inactive. You may need to contact your scheduler to be reactivated.
This is happening with numerous sassieshop websites. These are all companies for which I have done work recently. Contacting the schedulers has not helped.

Do you mean the web pages for the individual MSCs or is there an App you are using on your phone?
Again, it was not you. Something was wrong with SASSIE. When I saw your post yesterday, I tried to log in and multiple SASSIE sites failed. When I used the lost password function for one of the logins, I did not get a password-reset email until many hours later. I did not reset my password. Now, everything seems to be working normally.

Thanks for the reply, Busy Bee. I had tried just about everything I could think of including contacting Surf Merchants. It does seem that the problem has now been fixed.

I am not using a phone. I use my desktop. The problem seems to be fixed now. Thank you for replying.

I have had to reset my status from self-deactivated to active on sassie-using MSC sites. My status had changed due to inactivity on my end.
