Sonic Mystery shopping

Can someone tell me what company does the sonic mystery shopping? There sonics everywhere I go, but I don't know what company does their mystery shopping. I appreciate all your help.

If you are signed up for the top 10, perhaps top 5 MSCs, you should see them. They may be franchises or company owned locations, I'm not sure.
No one is going to tell the the MSC, because Sonic is the Client, and we are not allowed to mention the Client and MSC in the same thread. As wrosie suggested, sign up with the top 10 MSCs listed in the link below and either you will find it, or it will find you! Good luck!
It is the same company that has had then for at least the past 10 years, if that helps.
Its a company that shops burgers, fries, gas stations, and an occasional hardware store. They are so well known; in the top 5 companies.
Yes and they are low balling the shops offering them up for $4.50 per shop, but at least the reimbursement has gone up.

I'm doing a Sonic shop today and looking at the newly revised guidelines (first page says 3/05/20 but the last page has 3/05/21 which makes more sense) I see that "Sonic prefers that you order a burger!" (page 1). I like their hotdog choices and they cost less so I can have mozzarella sticks and usually stay within the reimbursement. They also added, "Call the location and/or check online for store hours." (page 2) but I don't see that specific question on the form. Maybe it pops up as you enter your data? The store hours has been a question on their burger client for some time now. And I've had lots of locations that were closed or had modified hours that were not within the shop window but I've never had an issue with any Sonic locations. (I'm in Southern California).

I'm assuming they still don't allow chicken?
Sonic prefers you have a burger and so does Five Guys but your shop will be accepted regardless. Enjoy your hot dog.

And also like with Five Guys the form asks if you called before going. It's fine if you answer no (assuming the location is actually open when you go).

Sadly they don't allow chicken. I always get a burger.. The Sonic's here don't have the bacon club toaster but at other Sonic's I have been to, they do.

Be nice if I can order the Bacon Club Toaster. Instead of the hamburger bun, they can replace it with Texas Toast.. It will not effect the timings.. but oh well

They also put way to much ice in their drinks..

ETA,, I believe page two says you can not order chicken items unless they have changed it.. The last time I did one was in Feb.

Be nice if we could order chicken Items.
I sometimes get the # 1 with mozzarella sticks and make it under the reimbursements which in my area is now $10. But the low ball price of $4 or $4.50 per shop is silly.

Unless somebody is grabbing them at base pay, let them sit till the due week and the pay will go up. If you do enough and are recognized as a good shopper, you'll be able to get $10 or more. I've recently had a couple that I let sit till the due date and the scheduler called me to offer me $18.
That's what I do. $4.50 just isn't enough and if I do it for $4.50 that is only because I am hungry and want to eat out. Otherwise, I wait until they up the pay, but they usually call me and ask for me to do them and request more money when they do.
That's what I've noticed here. They usually post them for $4.50 before the month starts and they stay that way the first 4 or 5 days of the month. By the 5th they go to $7 and then around the 12th they go to $10, then to $15 near the 20th. Although last month they stayed at $9 until the very last week, when they finally did go to $15. Several are very close to my office. They are my fast food shop lunches. I have to grab lunch everyday and it needs to be fast so I can get back to work. I usually do other things early in the month and take a few at $15 but I do sometimes take them at $7 or $10 if I have nothing else and I'd rather get a reimbursed lunch than pay for my food.
I do my best to avoid shopping Sonic, but sometimes I have to agree to do one or two when I am getting paid for an out-of-town route.
I had a location paying $25 but someone is now taking it at base. Doesn't matter to me, but I miss the nice payout!

Wow do you live in Alaska? Hard to imagine a $25 fee for Sonic. Here on Long Island, $7 is the best bonanza you'll get and I only have done a few of those because there's one literally right up the road from me. Visiting out of state but still on East Coast I can get $12 on MAO.
I get $24 for an East Coast location multiple times a month and also got that for some locations in the South when I was there earlier this year near the end of the month. I even did the same location in the tiny remote town I was staying in two days in a row.

I have had a couple for $25 but it was last year before the shutdown, and they are in an out-of-the-way place at least for me.

I do a lot of rural shops and get paid pretty well. The most I've gotten is $65.
A few months ago I was being offered 25 for two differnt Sonic's in small towns close to me. One of them they gave me $35.
Thank you, for all of your comments.

I started Mystery Shopping a little over 3 years ago after my husband passed away, as a way to make myself get out of the house. I’m still doing it, because I still have to make myself get out and it gives me a little spending money.

I’m new to this forum, so please excuse me if I don’t know all of the rules. I don’t know what an MSC is. And, I don’t know where to find the list of 10 companies. Someone mentioned a link, so I’m sure I will be able to locate it.

I live in North West New Mexico, and haven’t run across any other Mystery Shoppers. I love to drive so I go all over the 4 Corners Area, as long as they will pay me for my time. I have however been flying by the seat of my pants, and I’m glad I found this group.

MSC is mystery shopping company.

If you go to the bottom of the page there's a official list of mystery shopping companies that's hyperlinked on every page, start there. Most of the companies that you see on these posts are listed on that link.

The big rule on this forum is you cannot name a client and the associated mystery shopping company within the same thread.
I work for the company that does Sonic shops. The Sonic shops don't pay, and if you order the same thing on two consecutive shops they will tell you that you sent the same pictures to them for both shops. I won't do them anymore. There is no recourse once they decide not to pay for your work.
They have software that detects duplicate photos. Are you sure you didn't upload the photo from the previous shop?
I've heard of shoppers hearing they submitted the same photo previously, but it has never happened to me. I've been shopping Sonic for over 10 years. I almost always order exactly the same thing. For end-of-the month bonuses, I have shopped 3 Sonics in a day and ordered exactly the same on all 3. Never a problem. I will say it could be very easy to accidentally upload the photos from the previous shop, because when I click the upload button and it scans my computer, it automatically goes to the last file uploaded. If I clicked on that, it would upload the previously-submitted photos. I have to change it to the current photo that I want to submit. I am very careful when I name my photos so I won't accidentally upload a photo from the wrong location or a previous shop.
