Coyle Urgent Care Shops

Has anyone done one of these? They ask you to go in with an ailment and evaluate the urgent care facility and treatment.

The fee is a MAO type thing up to about $65 or so the e-mail said. You will also be reimbursed for the visit and lab costs up to a certain amount, I believe $120 each.

Insurance claims will be cancelled within 24 hours.

I did something similar at an urgent care. Turned out great because I actually had an injury to my shoulder that I did not feel like going in to my PCP for. With the shop, I got a nice check out, free prescription, and money to boot!
