Searching all mystery shopping shops

Is there an app / service that allows you to enter a name of a business then searches through all mystery shopping sites to see if there is a shop available?

Sorry, there is not. Most MSCs do not want anyone who is not signed up with them, and and has accepted their ICA, to know who their clients are.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
I remember 5-10 years ago, when someone wanted to know whether a particular company was shopped, they were advised to simply call that company's corporate HQ and ask them. (That was back in the days of the Volition forum.) I never tried it. From what I heard, some of the companies would generously give out the info. Whether they would still do so today, I don't know.
I have found in my outside of mystery shops life that most corporate companies do not even list a phone number any more. Perhaps they should do shops on the ease of getting in touch with customer service without giving the shopper the phone number to call and with an issue outside of the top five faq's. I know this does not address the op's issue but I spend hours trying to reach and then get help from companies I deal wth when I have an outside the very small box concern. .

When I have a concern I look for the company on Twitter and post it there. I’ve had great success getting answers there. It’s surprising how many companies have a Twitter account and also have someone follow the posts with quick replies.
I have found that [www.jobslinger.com] will at least give you an idea of what companies are doing in your area.
