Here they never left and honestly no one takes them, Every once in a blue moon I grab one with a bonus, but they are not really close to me. Since I am not FT at shopping I don't make a lot of routes.

What is TXRH? Is it a stock ticker symbol? Ah, yes, Google says it's a ticker symbol for Texas Roadhouse, and their stock is up 1.27% May 7th. Yes, their mystery shops are still here and staying on the job board forever. I wonder why mystery shoppers don't want them. I never tried one, because I don't eat red meat.
AZWolfman, their salmon is actually pretty good. The fish and chips are really salty (and obviously unhealthy). I’ve never tried their chicken or other seafood dishes.

Hmmmm... if no one takes them how does the assignment board get cleared?
I've always enjoyed these shops. It's one of the few places I shop that I will also patronize fully out of my own pocket. Food is good, value is solid.
The second one of these the order was ready 15 minutes early, making it on the lukewarm side of things when I finally got it ready to consume. Everything was still good quality, and every bit as good as remembered from pre-COVID.
I rarely do reimbursement only restaurant shops, but this is one of them, mainly given the easiness of the report.

I normally do the Road Kill as it is the most bang for the buck. It comes with the toppings you pay extra for to go on a steak, and they are one of the few places that will do ground beef rare.

I normally do the Road Kill as it is the most bang for the buck. It comes with the toppings you pay extra for to go on a steak, and they are one of the few places that will do ground beef rare.
Not sure why you'd be concerned about snacks at the gas station if you eat something with 115% of the RDA of saturated fat (before you add any extra toppings)?

Honestly no idea, the beg and beg, add small bonuses, and then, suddenly, the shops disappear and the very next day a new cycle starts. There is no way they are filling multiple shops on the very last day for specific sites (I am talking 4-5 shops left on the last day, and then the next day it's a new cycle).

MIster Bill suggests--Maybe take a bar shop for solo dining? They can be done without a guest.
Bob comments--The bar shop is, by far, more preferable to me. I only accept the dine-in, which requires a guest, when I am able to re-pay a friend. The bar reimbursement is $25, while the dining amount is only $17.50 per person, has a longer report and needs a coordination of time. In first place, for me, is the take-out; what a breeze. No guest, no sales tax in my state and 1/2 the tip for $30. In addition, the shortest report of the group.

I don't take the shops because I don't enjoy their food or atmosphere. I once did one that had the music so loud it was making my guest & my own ear's hurt. When mentioned to the server and manager they just laughed it off. Also, in my area they start at reimbursement only - so no thank you, I'll go somewhere with food I actually like and won't kill my ear drums.
I love doing these shops. However, sad part is that we can only do it every 90 days

95 % of the time I will get the Road Kill. . Once in an blue moon I will either get the fish or the chicken critters.. I love their rolls.
For the take-out shop I've been getting the BBQ chicken sandwich, which is pretty reasonably priced and comes with one side. My wife has getting the Chicken Caesar salad. The best value on their menu is their fillet salad. It's a 6 oz filet and they'll let you do it over any of their salad preparations.

As a diabetic, my concern is sugar intake. As a low carb eater, fats and proteins are my friends.
