Wonder if anyone knows if we can fill out gas more than $5? Emailed the scheduler but no response. I know we can only receive reimbursement for $5 but I need gas more than that anyway. TIA.

Yes, you can absolutely get more if you need it.

I'm assuming you are referring to the "Blue' shops that only allow for $5 reimbursement and $1 in C-store reimbursement.
There is no limit as to how much of either that you purchase. you may only claim a maximum of $5 gas and $1 C-store purchase.
Remember though, for the C-store purchase, there are certain products not allowed for reimbursement. Check you guidelines!

Thanks all. Yes, that''s the one. Has anybody done costco gas? It doesn't have MID. How do you answer those MID questions? They are required with picture of MID.

Hmm....I've never seen a shop for Costco gas. That would be cool, but the one here is always so crowded, I think it would be a PITA to complete.

Somewhere, there is a price sign. Take a picture of that.
Often, I've done gas stations with just a simple yard sign with their gas prices- their Mid was down or no longer there. I took a photo of that and referred to it as the MID (or ID).
It worked.

Not Costco though. Have you been to Costco gas? There’s never such price pole at Costco. I did upload overall station from a different angle so they could see that there’s no MID. Will see how it goes.

Yes but the scheduler said we don't need to go into Costco. The gas station is usually so far away from the store. Apparently, nobody from the comment has done the Costco gas before. I'm looking for an input from those who's done the Costco one. I will post the result from what I did my shop in case someone does this in the future.

I did 3 Costco gas shops last week. None of the locations had a price sign. If I recall, I just checked N/A for that question. All 3 shops went trough just fine. I did go into the locations for my purchase and that was a pain at 1 place because of the long checkout lines. You should be fine without a MID sign.

I did 2 Costco gas shops last week. An inside purchase was required for my shops. I headed to the food court for the hot dog special, and on my way out I snapped a quick photo of the 8' high MID right behind the receipt checkers.

My shops were approved, no MID picture - but I uploaded extra picture of overall in so they can see. In case anyone interested in doing them in the future, Costco gas shop is pretty easy and short report with one box of short narrative.
