I haven't seen that. What are the details?

I got the e-mail also. From what I read about Tinder being a "hook up app" more than a dating app, I was hesitant to take the shop. Any further information would be appreciated.

Here's what the e-mail said:

"Hello!

We have an exciting opportunity available! We have partnered with Tinder for an exciting shop where you are paid $15 for filling out a few questions and providing a few screenshots. You can complete this shop in the comfort of your own home and can delete the app once the shop is done.

These shops have specific demographics we need to adhere to, so please respond to this email and let us know which one you fall into so we can assign the shop to you!

Female age 18-29 Seeking Opposite & Same-Sex
Female age 30-49 Seeking Opposite Sex
Female age 50+ Seeking Opposite & Same-Sex
Male age 18-29 Seeking Opposite & Same-Sex
Male age 30-49 Seeking Opposite & Same-Sex
Male age 50+ Seeking Opposite & Same-Sex

Please let us know if you have any questions."
A Canadian MSC which uses Shopmetrics and is a legitimate MSC, has a Tinder project.

The shop is being offered via a legit MSC. When I was single I used that app and like any dating app it had its pros and cons. I certainly wouldn’t download and set up a dating app just for the $15 fee. If I was already on it I might see how “few” questions and screenshots were required.
I did it. It was easy once I figured out that it is really app-based and editing information on the website doesn't work as well. As suggested, I told my significant other in advance that I was going to do it. Assuming that you have some facility in using apps and know how to take screenshots on your smartphone, it is easy. My advice is to ignore the website when creating your profile and to include your preference (hetero, same-sex, etc.) in the profile you write in order to satisfy the MSC most easily. Frankly, I found it really lacking as a dating app, but as NionS said, every dating site has its pros and cons. Plus, people's preferences for what they want in a dating site differ.

Rousseau I think you have mentioned the MSC and the client so you should edit your post.
Actually, I have no idea who the client is. I don't think it is the app owner, maybe a competitor. The app company itself knows the answers to what I was requested to report.

The reason I asked about it. I got just a partial list from the email above. That said: Male age 18-29 Seeking Same-Sex
Male age 50+ Seeking Same-Sex

When I signed up, you were assigned what you said you were. I have seen later recruiting emails and they now seem to be looking for specific demographics. I interpret
"Male age 18-29 Seeking Same-Sex
Male age 50+ Seeking Same-Sex"
as meaning that they now want someone who either is or is willing to say that they are one of those two demographics. You are required to submit a photograph (which is shown) and your real phone number (which is not shown) as part of the app enrollment. The company verifies identities and profiles that include sending emails, sending text messages, and asking for selfies. Supposedly the verification is quite stringent.

I signed with such company awhile ago but I am in doubt if I ever did any jobs for them. I do not really like such assignments at all and especially when I need to submit such prof of identity.
