I always use the emailed receipt from the delivery service, or the receipt on their app/website. It's all itemized and never a problem.@silver12 wrote:

Quote was talking about the receipt they get with their order not being acceptable to the MSC because it did not have the pricing details.
Quote deleted as it names the MSC in the same thread where Client is listed.
I also have the DashPass trough CSR, but I don't see a lot of benefit to using it for these shops since the only ones that benefits are the MS company/FG and it costs me in rebates. The $15 covers the fees even without DashPass. Now, if they would allow us to tip $10 to max out the reimbursement, that would be nice (I'm not sure if they will, although I don't think it says anything about the maximum tip). Or better yet, use it towards the food overage. I do always tip the maximum amount that is an option on the site, typically $5. Really no reason not to so long as it's covered.@FineAndDandy wrote:
I use DoorDash for most food deliveries. I have a Chase Sapphire Preferred Card, so I get DashPass free with that. Usually it's something like - spend $12, get free delivery. It also cuts down on the service fee.
From my Five Guys DD delivery earlier this week...delivery, service fee & tip were under $5. Sadly, the meal itself cost more than the $15 reimbursement allotted for food.
Wouldn't say yuck, but they're clearly not as good as they are fresh. But the same can be said of the burgers. I am always confused when the form expects us to say that the food was hot when we got it. Unless you live five minutes away, it seems like that is going to be impossible.@callinectes wrote:
I love the fries too but by the time they are delivered they are yuck! We usually throw them in the air fryer to warm them up. It helps but they are the same as fresh.
