Hum...

So, I received an email listing thousands of McDonalds shop through out the country. Seems that every single one of them have been scheduled in minutes after i got the email. Later in the day I get another email for thousands of Burger King shops. 4 minutes after I got the email... same thing. Even the locations in the middle of nowhere aren't available. There is no way that these shops are being picked up this fast! Does anybody have an idea whats going on? Thanks .

I feel the same way. Every time I get one of these emails, every assignment is taken!
I have received no information that leads me to believe that McD is being mystery shopped again.
Well, it just happened again with Chic fil a. Sent email and everyone of the locations , in every state is scheduled 2 minutes after receiving their email. Im missing something... I emailed the the contact who has now sent 3 of these emails today and she could only reply that these shops go very quickly once they are posted. There is no way some remote location in the middle of nowhere is getting picked up for 13 dollars.

Not by the company that had them 4-5 years ago.

A new company would be an improvement and probably come with higher pay too.
I had a similar experience today with alerts for my local area with 40 or so shops at a time for curbside pick up that were all scheduled when I looked. In my area there usually are not bonuses but my immediate thought was ....many shoppers are vaccinated now, numbers of covid are way down so everyone is coming back to shop those jobs.
I just checked my email and I did not receive any. I am signed up with every MSC on the list.
Sometimes they only need to fill a small number, and not every location needs to be done.
Using other situations of mass emails from previous msc, I think some of these shops were shopped ages ago. The emails go out with maybe one available shop, that gets picked. No way people are jumping on fast food low pay, that quickly.
Exactly. After the minimum amount of shops are filled they all show as taken.

I didn't get the memos either. Sounds like the timing or menu board projects and they just need a sampling.
All 3 were for curbside pickup. ( McDonald's, Burger King and Chick fil a). 13 + 15 reimbursement. Many locations in many states.
If these were emails sent through SASSIE, I could have an explanation. SASSIE system emails are sent out in batches. If these were nationwide emails, I would assume that the amount of emails would be rather large. Sometimes large batches can take several hours to finish sending (or even up to a day if the system is backed up; though this is rare). Shoppers who check the board regularly would see the posting before a lot of shoppers would receive the email.

These shops were sent through SASSIE. They are e-commerce shops, similar to what they sent out last June. There are different places to shop though. It is probably a quota thing which is why they show as scheduled. I also can never find them on the shopboard, only through email.
I saw a ton of these on the job board yesterday, narrowed my search to see only local shops, but they were all gone, within a minute or two. I saw a bunch again this morning, clicked self-assign as fast as I could, but was too late. So, yeah, it seems they only need so many locations, and if one becomes available for any reason, they show all the locations until they reach their quota again.
Is this flurry of shops related to the news that McDonalds is now using ordering kiosks and self-service?

No. Its called e commerce. So far I've seen McDonald's, Burger King, Krispy Kream, Chick fil a, safeway and Albertsons. Its curbside pick up. 13 plus 15 reimbursement.

Me too. I have been searching for them and cannot find anything. Seems it would be one of the larger MSCs but I still see nothing.
My emails are from the same msc but they are for totally different clients...Also every one is scheduled by the time I look at it a half hour after the email arrives. I found one available yesterday and jumped on it. I was suspicious there was only one in this big city. Turned out, as I suspected, that location does not do curbside pickup which was what the job needed. So excitement for nothing.

I haven't figured out the motive of this cat and mouse game, yet. Today i got Jack in the Box curbside shops and within minutes the entire nation was filled. At least 7 different restaurants and Safeway/ Albertsons have been dangled out there since yesterday and all of them filled??? Probably over 6,000 locations and all scheduled? Yea, IDK.

What's the website to this MSC ? I have never heard of them before.
e-commerce is not the MSC. And the OP gave a HUGE hint as to who the MSC is already.

I got a Jack in the Box. If they don't offer curbside, which mine doesn't, you can select counter or drive thru.
