new Ruth's Chris MSC

Ruth's Chris is now with the MSC that does a lot of reimbursement-only dining shops, The reimbursement is $200, which I think might be an increase from the old MSC. They flew off the board in my city, but with a six month rotation I'll hopefully get a crack at them sooner or later.

She already did when she mentioned reimbursement-only dining shops.

Any hints on who might be doing them now. You know.... say without saying?
I did one but haven't seen it again since it has been less than six months. Easy shop.

It is sort of flying right past my head unless its the same one who does that place that originated in Texas and has a house full or roads. We only have one location of this steak house so its possible someone took it quick. I am also signed up with quite a few that do the reimbursement only. I guess I will find it somehow.

I think we aren't seeing too many of them because the company gives their schedulers and editors first dibs before it goes out on the job board. I know this because I used to help edit with them.
A shopper must have flaked and I was offered one lat minute this past weekend but could not get a reservation for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Did not even realize that this was something that was, for lack of a better term "legal."

They don't do this anymore. Full time editors aren't allowed to accept shops .
for some reason there are none for the 2 closest big cities to me which are Pittsburgh and Cleveland but every other city I search for has them... booo
I read a thread about this a while ago and apparently the $200 still doesn't cover your meal.

It depends on what you order. They have a pre fixe menu which can get you pretty close. We normally walk out of there paying $30- $40 but we ordered what we want and have alcohol.

Haha thanks. I’m with that one just didn’t see anything on my board for a month. Maybe they all got sucked up.
Some cities dont have shops available like I said above(even though they have locations there). specifically pitt and cleveland but almost every other city i checked did. LA, philly, miami, etc

Perhaps, but they leave them up to allow people to sign up as backup, so you would still see the shops even if they're assigned.
$50 each would be a steal for them! With inflation could you really make that at home for that? Let alone being waited on and not doing dishes. I hope I get a crack at them

Very interesting. I followed your link and it only shows locations in 4 states. In my area, none of the locations have a Prix Fixe Menu at all. Instead, the least expensive entrees are over $50, each appetizer is over $20, each side is over $11, each salad is over $11.

The current prefix menu in my area is about 50 bucks a person.
