Cricket Compliance Reviews

Has anyone had any issues with these? I did a couple today; at one, the rep aced everything. At the other, the rep didn't seem to understand several of the questions, especially some of the terminology. I really wasn't sure what to do, except repeat the question, and if he still didn't understand, I defined the word he didn't seem to know without giving any hints as to answers. English wasn't his native language, and I think he got some answers wrong due to a language barrier. But I just report, not interpret.

Also, neither place had the right PPP displays as shown in the guidelines. What they had was different from the displays shown. Did any of you run into this?

I've learned to never trust spell-check or my phone's auto-fill feature.

I only did one and the employee knew all the answers and had material in front of her. It was easy-oeasy.
Yeah; the one where the guy knew all the answers was easy to do and fast to report. The other one took a long time for both. The report took a long time because there were so many responses that weren't right, and I had to explain what the rep said. Thank goodness I had one where the rep knew everything straight off; at least that helped pay for the one that took too long!

I have done five of them. They are allowed to use any material they want. They actually appear to have a set of questions with word-for-word answers. Other than to make sure that they know that that they can use any material or even describe it as an open book experience, there is nothing more that you can do. I have had 5 perfect scores. After the first one, I was not surprised.

I can not seem to get the photos attached using the live app. So, I take the photos home with me and attach them using my PC. My one attempt to do this in the store resulted in the app crashing, and I had to start again (not very hard since they had already scored 100%).

I didn't understand why the one rep yesterday didn't just look everything up. I told him he could, and he read the letter. I think he thought he knew the answers down pat, or maybe the store he works at doesn't follow company procedures, and he was answering according to how they do things. Maybe he didn't want to look like he didn't know stuff.... Better to admit one doesn't know and look things up than to answer wrong when you don't have to!

Sometimes you just run into people that are a little better than a box of rocks. Unless they do not understand english.

I definitely think he didn't understand some of the polysyllabic legal terms relating to the contracts.

I did 2 cricket shops on Monday. Neither of them had the displays I was looking for. I think in some of the small towns, they just dont get everything. As far as not understanding, I would just repeat that it is open book, and let them look it up.
Part of the shop is contacting the store two days in advance... They KNOW we're coming!!! LOL

My local stores didn't have the current displays, either. And I did tell the guy, numerous times, that he could look p the information if he needed to.

I'd do more if I could make a small route. I did all the ones close to me!
