Double dipping

I'm choosing NOT to take advantage of a potential double dip opportunity that just came up, but I'd love to hear other opinions to justify my decision, or change my mind.
There are a handful of gas station shops in my area, with the bonuses approaching the irresistible range. Now, another company has posted some "competitor" jobs for one of their clients and two of the first MSC's locations are on the list!
Could a person do a nice, thorough inspection/audit for the first company and use the same info and pictures for the competitor shop when they match dates and requested info?

I love double dips!!!! Personally, I would use separate photos.

I had a double dip at a gas station a few months back. I did the shop and had a separate audit at the same location.

I had a few trifectas last quarter: gas reimbursements, 5% cash back on my credit card, various rebates on gas via an app.

I agree with Honey. Double dip but use separate pictures which you can take at the same visit.
I did a couple times. The same location for two companies but totally different scenarios. Both MSC disappeared now.

I double dipped a grocery store one time. But I bought two separate small orders so I could get two separate receipts, each of which was reimbursed, plus a fee for each.
As always, I adhere to any and all MSC guidelines before completing all shops, including double dips. I don’t seek permission as the mere mention could be an ICA violation.
Be careful of timings when double dipping. Both shops should begin and end at different times.
I don't see a problem with double dipping. I'm going to be there anyway so do two shops at once. They are for different companies and one doesn't require any pictures. Go for it!
Not exactly double dipping but I also check apps like Field Agent and Mobee when I’m at a mystery shop location. There might be a mission that I can do in addition to the mystery shop.
I had a literal double dip at Cold Stone back in 2008. My son and I completed the first assignment, finished our sundaes outside and then reentered for a second helping. This time sent in by a national soda pop company.

I wouldn't use the same pictures and info, not even on a competitor shop. You never know who all is looking at the reports. I know it's tempting but if you do, you're playing with fire, and to boot, fire of the sort that can cost you many future MS opportunities.

At the very least, I would put an hour between two separate visits, one for each shop. If it's part of a route, maybe do the first shop on the way out and the competitor shop on the way back.
Double dipping sounds efficient and lucrative. However, there are rotations for some assignments. In some instances, the first dip would disqualify one for the second dip. The rotation requirements that I have seen do not specify for which company or situation one has most recently visited a location. They just state that one should not have visited for so many months or days before returning. In those instances, it would be prudent and ethical to get written permission from both companies in order to waive the rotation requirement and show some awareness.Does this violate an IC agreement? Meanwhile, I like the ideas about separate receipts, separate images, and other distinctions between gigs.

Yes why not? I have done that in the past. I don’t think it is double dipping but smart shopping.
