Kroger program

does anyone else run into the issue of out of stock items, which screws up your shopping lists? $14 goes quickly, and when i route 3 shops for the day, i plan for dry/non-refrigerated foods for the first shop, maybe add in a slightly refrigerated item on my second, and save deli meat or other cold items for the 3rd shop before i head home.

so many times recently i’ve run into items being out of stock that i have to move items from one store’s list to the next. i’ve even started bringing a small cooler or two with ice packs in case i need to buy a refrigerated item at one of the first locations since dry items i needed were out of stock.

its frustrating but definitely keeps you on your toes!

So much cold cereal is eaten in my house that I have no problem filling in # items and minimum amounts spent with boxes of house brand cereal.

There have been stock outages for over a year now in just about every grocery store. I don't know what's going on with Gatorade and juice boxes but I can't find them anywhere? I usually am close enough that I can adjust my shopping list and my husband is also a shopper so we can get creative with who's picking what up at what store today. It does make it slightly challenging though!
I live in the (usually) hot desert. So I always travel with an ice cooler when I have grocery shops on my route. I only get $9 grocery minimum requirement and reimbursement for Kroger shops. How are you getting $14?
the midwest is a lot cooler where i am, never even crossed my mind people need coolers when routing their shops out of necessity. now i totally understand.

i added in the shopper pay to the reimbursement, so 9+5=14. i try to stay around $12/$13 for my total purchase - $5 is so little shopper pay anyway, it’s only worth it to me to spend that money on groceries. i couldn’t imagine trying to stay at $9 for food and trying to profit on the $5.

I do the same thing. Try to stay just under $14.
